Lexabean will typically distribute the videos as a separate download. Use winzip to unzip the contents of the file provided into any directory you wish. For the examples provided here, we have assumed you have installed this into c:\program files\lexabean\byob\palmpdavideos

1.      Click on the Start button in the lower left corner of your screen.

2.      Select the following menu items:  Programs, Palm Desktop, Install Tool

3.      The Install Tool dialog box will open.  An example of this box is shown below.  Select the correct User name by using the drop down menu located at the top of the box.

4.      Click the Add button and a new dialog box will open.  Drill down into the directory you unzipped the Lexabean video distribution into (c:\program files\lexabean\byob\palmpdavideos for example).

5. This directory will contain a large number of files ending with .pdb. These are all of the videos. Select all of the .pdb  files in this folder and select the Open button to add them to the install tool dialog. 

6. Due to the large number of videos, we strongly recommend you install these to an Expansion Card on your PDA. If you already have one installed on your Palm, then the Install tool will have already detected it. You must now use the Install Tool UI to move all of the files into the bottom half of the display under the Expansion card listing.

 7. This list of files will be installed the next time a HotSync operation is performed.  A message will appear saying that the list of files will be installed next time a HotSync operation is performed.  Click OK.
