- Speed And Agility: Dash, Dot Drill, Pro

- Cardiovascular: Estimate Vo2 Max
(Based on Any distance/time; Cooper 12 Minute Run or Balke 15 Minute Run);

- Skin Fold Measurements: All measurements use the
equations that are normally used to define the standard tables used by
personal trainers. The use of these equations make our calculations more
accurate. Choose from entry of any of the following measurements:
