  • Speed And Agility: Dash, Dot Drill, Pro Agility.
  • Anthropometric Measures: Standing Height, Body Weight, Circumference measures (Neck, Waist, Chest, Hips, Thigh, Calf, Arm, Forearm), Skin fold (see below).
  • Strength, Power & Endurance: 1 Rep Max Calculator (Estimate 1RM); Store tests results for Vertical Jump, Bench Press Test, Sit Ups, Dips,  Push ups, Chin ups and 1 Rep Max (for Bench Press, Lat Pull, Leg Press, Arm Curl & More).
  • Cardiovascular: Estimate Vo2 Max (Based on Any distance/time; Cooper 12 Minute Run or Balke 15 Minute Run); Heart Rate; Blood Pressure.
  • Skin Fold Measurements: All measurements use the equations that are normally used to define the standard tables used by personal trainers. The use of these equations make our calculations more accurate. Choose from entry of any of the following measurements:
